📝📝 INFORMATION:
📌 How to join:
– Contestants can participate individually or in groups (maximum of 2 members).
– The speech content must be relevant to the contest topics and entirely in ENGLISH.
📌 The contest includes 2 rounds:
1️⃣ Preliminary Round:
– Conducted online, the contest video should be no longer than 3 minutes.
– Contestants upload their entry/entries to the Facebook group here: www.facebook.com/groups/hungbientienganh2024
– After uploading the video to the group, contestants fill in the registration form here: https://bit.ly/cuocthihungbientiengAnh2024
– The top 10 best entries will be selected to participate in the final round.
2️⃣ Final Round:
– Finalists will deliver their speeches in front of the judges in a live competition held in Hanoi in October 2024.
– Finalists will draw from 10 assigned topics, with 10 minutes to prepare and 5 minutes to deliver the speech.
🥇🥇 PRIZE STRUCTURE:
1️⃣ Preliminary Round:
– 30 souvenirs will be given to the first 30 contestants/groups to submit their entries.
– 01 prize for the school with the most entries
– 02 Inspirational Awards for students who are ethnic minorities, disabled, or disadvantaged
2️⃣ Final Round:
– 01 First Prize: worth 4 million VND
– 03 Second Prizes: each worth 3 million VND
– 03 Third Prizes: each worth 2 million VND
– 03 Consolation Prizes: each worth 1 million VND
And many English scholarships from Amslink English Center

🔰 Be awarded by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development in Thua Thien Hue on International Day for Disaster Risk Reduction October 13, 2024.
🔰 Represent Vietnamese youth to deliver a speech at one of the following events:
– APEC Workshop on Disaster Risk Management organized by the APEC Secretariat in coordination with the Department of Dyke Management and Disaster Prevention
– Asian Conference on Disaster Reduction (ACDR)
